By using this site, placing an order, or uploading artwork, you agree to these terms. DTF Rodeo is based in Dallas, TX, and our store is hosted on Shopify.

Your artwork: You confirm you own or have permission to use all artwork you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You agree to cover DTF Rodeo for any claims, costs, or legal fees that result from artwork you submit.

Custom orders: All transfers and gang sheets are made to order and printed as submitted. Please check your files for resolution, spelling, sizing, and backgrounds before ordering. Colors may vary slightly from your screen.

Refusing orders: We may refuse or cancel any order, including artwork we consider offensive, unlawful, or infringing. If we cancel before production, we'll refund you in full.

Prices: Prices may change without notice. You pay the price shown at checkout.

Shipping and refunds: Orders follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Liability: Results depend on your garment and how the transfer is applied. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
