Refund policy
All DTF Rodeo products, including DTF transfers and gang sheets, are custom made to order from artwork you provide. Because each order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Customer File Issues
We print the files you upload as submitted. We do not offer refunds or reprints for issues caused by the customer's artwork, including but not limited to:
- Low-resolution or blurry images
- Typos, spelling, or grammar errors
- Incorrect sizing or dimensions
- Unwanted backgrounds, borders, or artifacts left in the file
Please review your files carefully before ordering.
Printing Errors and Damaged or Defective Transfers
If we make a printing error, or if your transfers arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@dtfrodeo.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review your request, we will either reprint the affected items or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Application Errors
We are not able to offer refunds or reprints for transfers that fail due to application errors, such as incorrect heat press temperature, time, or pressure, or improper peeling or garment preparation. Please follow the application instructions provided.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
