Shipping policy

DTF Rodeo produces custom DTF (direct-to-film) heat transfers and 22"-wide gang sheets made to order from your uploaded artwork. We are based in Dallas, TX.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Production Time
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 1-3 business days after your artwork file is approved. Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed; high order volume, holidays, or file issues may cause delays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delivery Issues
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are the carrier's responsibility. DTF Rodeo is not responsible for carrier delays, or for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error in your address, contact us right away; we will do our best to correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
