Every DTF Rodeo transfer and gang sheet is printed to order from your artwork, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. We stand behind our print quality.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund before your order goes into production. Once printing starts, the order can't be cancelled.
Problems with your order
If your transfers arrive with a printing defect (for example, missing ink, smudging or incorrect size compared to your order), contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is on our end, we'll reprint the affected items or issue a refund for them.
What isn't covered
- Issues caused by the artwork supplied, such as low resolution, spelling errors, unwanted backgrounds or colors that differ from your screen
- Transfers pressed with settings other than those on our press guide
- Garment damage from pressing
- Color differences within normal DTF CMYK + white printing range
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post it.
